Aqua Relax Dementia Swimming at Swinton and Pendlebury Leisure Centre
Swimming is a great way to keep fit and enhance your social, emotional and physical wellbeing! Our specialist swimming teachers are in the pool to support those living with Dementia and their carers.
The group also meets in the cafe afterwards for a "brew and a natter".
