Community Advice and Support
The Fed's Community Advice and Support Team (CAST) provides support to individuals, couples and families through both personal casework and group sessions and activities.
CAST gives advice, guidance, information and support to people of any age - families in crisis or looking after children with disabilities or additional needs; carers of people living with dementia; individuals who are challenged by mental health problems, learning difficulties or sensory impairment; people facing terminal illness.
We're by their side in times of emergency - and in the long term.

- Notes
This service is run by The Fed which is the leading social care charity for the Greater Manchester Jewish Community. As such most services are exclusively for Jewish people or their unpaid carers. However our care home, Heathlands Village and Bliss Bathing service are able to accept people who are not of the Jewish faith, and in limited circumstances we are able to offer support for children with additional needs who are similarly not of the Jewish faith.
