Walkden Boxing fitness Club (Walkden ABC)

Walkden ABC aims to provide the people of Salford with the opportunity to develop their health, wellbeing, character, social and sporting skills using boxing and fitness training. We offer classes to children and adults, specialist classes for those with disabilities including Autism and anyone who needs support improving mental Health.

We offer schools boxing at both the Gym and in school settings for groups of pupils.

Our Gym is open from the age of 5 upwards, we offer competitive amateur boxing training, 1-1 sessions, group/family sessions and women's only classes- contact us to discuss your needs. Our Classes start at just £1.00 for children & young people.

Salford born Jamie Moore, the founder of Walkden ABC is a former European, British, Irish, Commonwealth and European Light –middleweight Champion. Jamie is also now a world class professional boxing trainer.
