Salford Childrens/Paediatrics Diabetes Service
The Paediatric Diabetes Team works closely with children with diabetes and their families by providing education and support that is age appropriate, up to date and consistent.
The service is provided for children and young people with a diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes between the ages of 0-19 years old.
If you're new to the area and your child already has Type 1 diabetes, they can be referred to us via a GP, school nurse, health visitor or other health professional.
