Wosley House is a specialist residential service for adults with a Learning Disability, mental illness and who may have dual diagnoses and associated complex needs.

The service has 6 en-suite bedrooms and provides twenty four hour support. All staff are NAPPI (Non Abusive Physical and Psychological Interventions) trained and use the NAPPI red and green scale to maintain positive influence on each service user, with a view to minimising the level and frequency of challenging behaviour.

Service users may have spent long periods of time in a hospital setting or may have additional complex needs including sensory impairments and communication difficulties.
