Recreate-U Nature and Natter
Join Recreate-U at the RHS Bridgewater Gardens, Worsley every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, 1.00pm to 3.00pm.
Help us plant, grow and harvest on our community plot, visit the wellbeing garden for some mindfulness practice and wander through the beautiful natural environment of the gardens on a nature and natter walk.
Spending time outdoors in a natural environment is well known to improve wellbeing, so why not take some time to connect with others in the community and make new friends while getting some fresh air?
Please note that we are only able to accommodate 10 visitors at each session, so book your place in advance by email or by phone.
We are able to provide subsidised transport from addresses within Salford through the RHS - please contact us and let us know if you'd like us to book you a taxi.
