We are here to help you to increase your confidence and manage your own health and wellbeing.

The courses we run cover every aspect of living, from making sure you eat a healthy diet to looking after yourself when recovering from illness.

We can give you skills and techniques to help build up your resilience to life’s stresses and support you to bounce back and be more proactive.

The keeping well course

The keeping well course is open to anyone who wants to improve their wellbeing. Group sessions allow you to work together to develop the knowledge and skills to make successful change.

Over six 90 minute sessions, the course will help you to:

  • understand health and the benefits of self care
  • learn how to set realistic and achievable goals for change
  • explore how to increase your confidence, self esteem and become more assertive
  • develop ways of coping with stress, managing anxiety and learn relaxation techniques
  • understand how to use health services appropriately and manage minor ailments
  • find out where to access accurate and up to date health information and learn about local services available to you


This is a ten step programme that is aimed at empowering and inspiring individuals to take responsibility for their lives implementing permanent, meaningful change. The sessions provide a supportive and respectful environment, giving you the luxury of time for your own personal development, helping you dissolve unproductive habits and negative thinking, which then assists you in improving your quality of life. 

Positive You

The course is aimed at those who wish to improve their life skills through a range of confidence and awareness raising sessions all delivered in a positive and encouraging style. The course aims to assist in increasing participant’s confidence levels and self-esteem. To spot the difference between positive and negative attitudes. To communicate effectively and act in an assertive and confident manner.

Who are the courses for?

The courses are particularly relevant to:

  • people who feel they need additional support to help them make behavioural changes (including people who have struggled to make and maintain changes in the past)
  • people who are specifically interested in improving confidence and managing stress
