Half Term Sensory stay and play- Together Family Centre

We offer activities for children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities in small groups during half-terms, focusing and promoting the development of sensory and general development skills. The project also targets at the Polish community, using the help of specialists outside the mainstream offer proving help in the user’s native language.

The stay and play activities are for children 0-5 years and 5-10 years. These activities will be led in small groups based on the child’s age and ability (judged by the sensory integration specialist). The project include organised and educational activities with qualified and experienced staff. Sessions will be based on sensory and art classes, articulation exercises and general development activities. We provide fruits and snacks for children.

Our community centre has 2 education rooms, 4 therapy rooms, reception, office, a large garden and a car park.

Parents will receive an online form to complete, which includes questions about the child's details, needs, behavior, development or the purpose of sending the child to classes. On this basis, the specialist will prepare a plan of activities.
