Navigate is a phone-based service for parents and carers whose children have either been diagnosed with a disability within the past 12 months, or are on a pathway to a diagnosis. Parents have 6 sessions with a parent adviser who offers a combination of practical advice and emotional support at the start of your journey parenting a disabled child.
