The Empowered Conversations Approach enhances the support available for family caregivers of people with dementia. The team provide one to one dementia focused therapeutic support (Empowered Carers), communication courses (Empowered Conversations and Moving Beyond Words) and regular dementia webinars (In Conversation with).
