Direct Health provides sensitive and compassionate care and support to enable people to continue to live independently, safely and confidently in the comfort of the their own homes. Working with you and your families, we will devise a personalised care and support plan to ensure your needs are met and provide you with a regular team of Care and Support Workers who will go the extra mile to get to know you and your needs and to provide support in a way that suits you. Our services extends to:
