Irlam and Cadishead Healthy Heart Club
A social support group for people who want to improve their health and well being, as well as those with heart conditions and related long term conditions, together with their family or carers. We provide social activities such as bingo, raffles, parties and day trips, dancing, chair based exercise, chair yoga, relaxation, reiki and massage. We also provide weight management support.
