For individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, panic, stress, and/or poor sleep, Self Help can offer access to a range of face-to-face and computerised CBT therapy options.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is the frontline treatment for common mental health problems such as depression and anxiety, and our cCBT, or eTherapies, continue to aid our clients on their road to recovery. Our eTherapy services have NO WAITING LIST.
