Red Hot Flames are an Allstar dance and cheerleading club who offer competitive and recreational classes in pom dance, Jazz and recreational cheer for all ages and abilities. 

Red Hot Flames are one of the top performing pom dance teams in the country and they have competed across the globe at National and International events, including the World Championships! 

RHF takes on aspiring dancers and cheerleaders from age 2 right up to adulthood and even has a special abilities team for young people with special educational needs. 

RHF offers recreational classes which are perfect for beginners, or those who do not wish to commit to a competitive team. Recreational classes are fun, low cost and are a great introduction into the sport.

All classes incorporate fun activities building confidence and developing many skills including Pom dance, arm motions, balance, strength, flexibility and tumble not forgetting meeting and making new friends!! 

Our competitive teams train hard to put out the best possible performance at our competitions across the UK. Our results across the board are excellent and we proudly offer competitive opportunities for beginners, right up to elite level dancers.
