Skills Support for Growth

Skills Support for Growth is a programme for 15-24 year olds who aren’t in education, employment, or training. The programme provides young people with vocational skills, confidence and work experience opportunities to help them prepare for the world of work.

We understand that everyone is unique, which is why our support is personalised to your individual needs. The support we offer can help you with growing your confidence, your wellbeing, personal development, anxiety, coping and life skills, depression, drug and alcohol worries, homelessness, knife crime, young offending, emotional support to name a few.

There is also support which can help with creating a CV, job searches, preparing a presentation, and getting ready for interviews. Plus, we can help with your overall personal development. Your needs and wellbeing are central to everything we do, and we want to help to remove any barriers which are stopping you from achieving your full potential.
