Run by a trained supporter in a small group format, if you think this group could be for you, pop in at 10am on a Wednesday to speak to the supporter. She will have a chat with you to see if the group will meet your needs. Creche provision is available for this group or if your child is under the age of 1, you are welcome to take your child into the class.
