Home Focus provides support services to adults and young people with a learning  or physical disability, mental health problem or sensory impairments.

We also welcome referrals to our social hub based in Walkden. This is an opportunity for people to access community services in a safe environment, build on their skills, find new interests and hobbies and make new friends. We provide support in Supported Tenancies, the community, people's own homes and at our day service provision.
