Brierley Community Hub and Cafe
Brierley Community Hub and Cafe offers a warm welcome to the Walkden and Little Hulton communities. Located on Longshaw Drive, within walking distance of the Salford Primary Care Together medical centre and the Salford West Family Hub.
Brierley Community Hub offers day services to people with learning disabilities and older people, with a varied programme of activities on offer. The hub also provides support to the wider community via social groups, activities, and the onsite community cafe serving delicious home-cooked meals, sweet treats, and refreshments.

Brierley Community Hub supports people living with learning disabilities, complex needs, dementia and older persons.
Our activities range from arts and crafts and singing to baking and bingo. We share life skills and knowledge on health and wellbeing to promote independence and choice for each individual. We also provide a bathing service - either assisted or unassisted.
Our dedicated team provides a friendly but professional environment and helps everyone who comes through the doors to have fun and we love seeing new friendships being formed.
