Both single and shared occupancies are available, including temporary and respite beds. All residents benefit from a calm, cosy and relaxing atmosphere in which personal hobbies and interests are encouraged. They are always being complimented about their friendly, warm, happy and home-like environment. Referrals are mostly through ''word of mouth'' as they have an excellent reputation in the area.

The local authority and Care Quality Commission also highlighted their excellent level of care and warmth towards the residents.
