Salford GP Homeless Service / Salford Inclusion Health Service

If you are a person experiencing homelessness, are a Traveller/Gypsy/Show person or a person involved in sex work and need to see a GP, you can register with our GP service based at the 1 Paddington Close to help address your needs.

DURING COVID WE ARE OFFERING REMOTE CONSULTATIONS BY TELEPHONE OR VIDEO.  IF PEOPLE NEED TO BE SEEN, WE ARE ACCOMMODATING THEM AT SITES IN PENDLETON (Salford Loaves and Fishes) ECCLES  (Eccles Gateway) AND LOWER BROUGHTON (Willow Tree Practice), SALFORD.

We're have consultions available and can usually book an appointment within the week. The Inclusion Health Navigator (mobile phone) is available between 8am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and does face to face engagement from the Salford Loaves and Fishes Centre at Edward Holt Building, 1 Paddington Close, Pendleton, Salford, M6 5PL.
