If you are overweight or obese, you are at higher risk of developing serious health problems, including heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers. That is why maintaining a healthy weight is so important. It helps you lower your risk for developing these problems, helps you feel good about yourself, and gives you more energy to enjoy life.

Our Weigh Ahead course focusses on helping you to make small but sustainable changes to the way you eat. The course runs weekly over five modules, and you can join at any time to begin your five-week block as the topics roll over and begin again every five weeks.

Topics covered during the five-week delivery include:

  • Food families
  • Portion sizes
