Salford Care on Call
Care on Call is a 24/7 emergency service providing monitoring and response to customers in their own homes who are at risk of falls or medical episodes across the city of Salford. Customers are provided with an alarm and pendant system that connects them to a dedicated control centre where staff will assess the nature of the call and take appropriate action to deal with the emergency. This will often include staff responding to customers homes themselves.
