Salford City Reds' very own award-winning cheerleaders. The Red Hot Flames have established themselves over the past 14 years and have paved themselves a very successful track record. Being a Flame certainly can't be classed as easy work though, the girls train between four and five hours a week and their training schedule isn't for the lighthearted! The intense training sessions they go through prepare them for the challenges each year holds. Competing in two to three competitions a year as well as European and World Championships gets them into shape for their performances on the pitch come rain or shine.
