Talk the Walk Group - Currently not taking place - possible return in Sept 2020

Why talk? - some people are reluctant to talk about mental health issues, even though one if four of us are affected.

Why walk? - walking can improve mood, reduce stress, anxiety and fatigue.  Physically active people have a 30% reduced risk of becoming depressed.

Join us for a gentle health walk (will last about an hour), and then join us for a brew and a chat at the Energise Centre,
