This group takes part in lots of different types of fun activities, for example the group may go for walks in local parks, be involved in arts projects, cooking and sports. Young people are picked up at Oakwood High School and are to be collected from The Beacon Centre M6 6QT which is our base of operations.

YOU CAN Community Club (previously known as Oakwood Youth Club) is a Salford based charity that develops the personal, social and emotional well-being of young people with disabilities.

We are passionate about raising awareness of disability and achieve this by creating a safe and inclusive environment where all young people can flourish.

Using projects in sports, arts, outdoor pursuits, media and education we work tirelessly to achieve our aims.

YOU CAN are a youth led organisation with a staff team of committed and well trained community development leaders. We possess a wealth of delivery expertise and most importantly, strong social values.
