Weight Loss Groups

If you want to lose some weight, come along to one of our free groups and get some expert support and advice.

We don't believe in crash diets - we'll help you lose weight for the long term. We'll give advice on nutrition, salt and sugar intake, reading food labels, portion sizes and tips on healthy snacks. We'll find ways of getting physical activity into your daily routine that you'll enjoy, help you set goals and stay motivated whilst you work towards them. We combine our nutrition sessions with a range of physical activity sessions too.
